Located in a small island, the hotel was greeted with warm hospitality by friendly staffs. They offered great integration between the travel centre and tour operators which made things easy and enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and clean with basic facilities. There was also a kids, friendly swimming pool that was clean and well, maintained for a relaxing swim.
The hotel grounds were not well, maintained and needed some TLC. the gardens were overgrown and shabby, which killed the buzz of the natural beauty of the island.

Great location, close to town and good transport access. We enjoyed the lovely pool and nearby beach. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating.
We had a terrible experience with the food at the hotel, very expensive for the quality and quantity. Room was outdated, with uncomfortable beds, drab decor, and very noisy air conditioning.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Paradise Hotel & Resort. The service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The island's pleasant weather and beautiful scenery made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food was also top-notch, especially the fishing experiences on this isolated island with a rich history. Golfers will be thrilled with the golf course. we highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful getaway.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel on Norfolk Island. The location of the hotel was superb, just a few minutes' drive away from the main street of Norfolk. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the island and visiting all the major historic sites. Additionally, the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms on the ground floor with all the basic amenities you could need, including clean towels, reclining armchairs, and even a microwave. The attention to detail in the rooms really impressed me, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served every morning. The continental breakfast had all the standard options, such as nice poached eggs, and it was a great way to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for more.
